For sites that want to reduce the hassle of reapplying electrodes every time an X-ray examination is conducted. This electrode film is designed to allow X-ray imaging while still attached, due to its construction that does not primarily use metal foil (internal evaluation). SilkyLink MFX-1100 is a thin and flexible electrode material that forms a silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) electrode layer on a conductive polyurethane film. It can be cut and punched into the necessary shapes, allowing for prototyping and product development without the need to establish in-house processes for electrode formation such as paste formulation, printing, and drying. While silver/silver chloride paste (Peltron K-398X) is made by "freely printing," SilkyLink is characterized by being "pre-made with functional layers and ready to use." It can be handled at low temperatures and is suitable for a wide range of applications, from electrocardiograms (ECG) and electromyograms (EMG) to electroencephalograms (EEG) and defibrillation pads.
