Luggage Management DX Solution for the Hotel Industry
Cloakroom management system
Significant reduction in luggage searching with AR×Chameleon Code!
Do you have any of these concerns with your cloakroom and luggage storage? - "I can't escape from analog management, tying handwritten claim tickets and luggage tags together with rubber bands..." - "The cloakroom is overflowing with luggage before check-in and after check-out, and I can't remember where I placed everything..." - "When customers return, it takes time to find their luggage among the vast amount, causing them to wait at the front desk..." Linking "luggage" and "storage location" with Chameleon Code, allowing you to visually locate items using AR (augmented reality) when searching. We will realize next-generation cloakroom management operations. Luggage sent directly from customers can also be automatically matched with the shipping label's recipient name. We can also support QR codes, barcodes, and AI-OCR.

basic information
Operational Flow 1. Receiving (during check-in, etc.) We take the customer's luggage, attach a tag issued by the system to the luggage, and provide the customer with a claim ticket. 2. Storing (location linking) When placing the luggage on the cloakroom shelf (rack), staff scan the "luggage code" and the "code on the shelf" consecutively using a smartphone device. This instantly links and digitizes "which luggage is on which shelf." 3. Returning (instant discovery with AR!) Not only is the shelf number of the storage location displayed on the screen, but when the smartphone camera is pointed inside the cloakroom, the location of the desired luggage is highlighted in AR (augmented reality) on the screen! By simply pointing the camera, we can instantly identify the target luggage, reducing the time taken to hand over the luggage to the customer!

Delivery Time
Applications/Examples of results
Dramatic improvement in delivery speed: Minimizes customer waiting time caused by searching for luggage. Immediate effectiveness even for new staff: Since there is no need to memorize where the luggage is placed, part-time staff on their first day can deliver luggage at the same speed as veterans. Prevention of mix-ups and loss risks: Reliable delivery based on data prevents serious complaints such as handing over similar suitcases incorrectly. The "decisive strength" of this system: It is not just a system that assigns numbers to luggage. Its greatest strength is the feature that makes the desired luggage "glow" (AR search) simply by pointing a camera at it. Even when over 100 similar suitcases are lined up, there is no need to visually check each tag number one by one. The smartphone informs you of the target luggage, significantly reducing the time spent searching for it.

In 2012, we established a local subsidiary in Thailand, the center of ASEAN where Japanese companies are increasingly expanding, to support the development and implementation of business systems, primarily focusing on sales management and accounting systems, for local Japanese companies.
