Changing the common knowledge of plasma surface treatment: Atmospheric pressure plasma treatment unit.
The atmospheric pressure plasma treatment unit AURORA has achieved surface treatment that was difficult to realize with conventional atmospheric pressure plasma processing through "industry-leading high-speed pulse output" and "a high-power reactor capable of continuous operation." It is an atmospheric pressure plasma treatment unit that adopts the dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) method, allowing for inline processing such as improving wettability, precision cleaning, and reducing oxide films on surfaces like copper foil and FPC. It operates continuously under atmospheric pressure without the need for a vacuum chamber. It is effective for processing thin materials such as copper foil (Cu) used in products like lithium-ion batteries, capacitors, FCCL, FFC, FPC, solar cells, and shields. Additionally, it can be considered for surface modification and precision cleaning applications for high-speed transport of resin material films and other similar uses.
