- BKS-FSCII is a system that manually moves fixtures mounted on two carriers left and right for loading and unloading within the aircraft. - With external setup, setup time is reduced, and operators can manage multiple machines. - The work clamps are compatible with both mechanical and vacuum clamps. 【Features】 - Repeated positioning accuracy on the same plate: 3μm - Manual exchange of two fixture plates - Easy and smooth lift & slide exchange method - All operations are performed using compressed air (0.5MPa). - The seating of the baby plate is detected by an air sensor. 【Options】 - We can provide a type with tapped holes on the top surface of the baby plate. It is also possible for customers to perform tapping hole processing themselves. (Please specify in the additional processing range drawing.)
