DELTA HYBRID

This is an innovative screw blower that combines the technology of volumetric blowers and screw compressors.

While conventional positive displacement blowers target a pressure range of up to about 1,000 mbar, the Delta Hybrid employs a unique 3+4 rotor profile newly developed for low-pressure applications, allowing it to handle a pressure range of up to 1,500 mbar. This bridges the performance gap that previously existed between positive displacement blowers and screw compressors, providing optimal solutions for diverse process requirements. As a result, it significantly improves cost efficiency in compressed air and gas transport applications. Key Features: - Excellent energy efficiency - Reduction of lifecycle costs (LCC) - High efficiency and flexible performance design with belt drive, easy maintenance - High reliability and durability even in harsh operating environments - Extensive flow control capabilities - Reduced maintenance burden - Outstanding performance that expands the range of applications The Delta Hybrid is widely adopted across various industrial sectors. It is designed for oil-free air and neutral gas transport and can be used in positive and negative pressure applications with pipe sizes ranging from DN100 to DN300.
