The diaphragm-type steam trap is a trap that utilizes the temperature difference between the steam and condensate flowing into the trap to open and close the valve. 【Features】 1. Dedicated for sanitary piping with high hygiene Made of SUS316, with a contact surface Ra 1.6μm, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. The easy-to-remove ferrule connection makes it ideal for high-temperature, high-pressure steam sterilization (such as autoclaves) equipment lines and formulation rooms. 2. Ultra-compact design with a distance of 30mm and weight of 0.18kg Designed to be ultra-narrow with a height of 30mm. It can be installed without interference even in tight layouts, improving design flexibility. 3. Strict temperature control with a saturation temperature of -5℃ for valve opening Instantly releases drain to prevent temperature drop. It achieves both quality uniformity in SIP processes and autoclaves, as well as energy savings. 4.
