The JC series substrate moisture-proof coating device is a revolutionary coating system that can automatically generate application trajectories from Gerber data. It allows for easy setting of prohibited areas on a component-by-component or area-by-area basis, enabling automatic coating even on fine parts of the mounted substrate. Equipped with two types of heads, film coat and needle valve, it can differentiate application based on the size of the coating area, achieving efficient coating without overflow into areas outside the application zone. Additionally, it can be equipped with a jet dispenser, allowing for pinpoint application in areas smaller than 1mm. There are two models available according to work size: the JC3325, which accommodates workpieces of 330x250mm, and the JC5146, which supports workpieces up to 510x460mm.
