Calculating DAS28 and CDAI/SDAI manually is difficult. I want to centrally manage interview data, joint status, paper medical records, and test results. I want to check prescription history, test values, and joint status on one screen. It takes time for patients to fill out the questionnaire, and there are instances of missing entries. I cannot find a system with features specifically tailored for spondyloarthritis (SpA).
