Many of the root causes of these issues lie in the "air bubbles" trapped during the kneading and transfer processes. The sticky minced meat does not naturally release air, so molding it as is leads to reduced yield. Additionally, many sites face challenges with manual feeding into molding machines due to difficulties in transferring through piping, resulting in increased workload. Our "Deforming Pump VQ Type" solves these issues with a single piece of equipment. - Simultaneous processing of "transfer" and "defoaming" → Creates a strong vacuum inside the pump, removing air while transferring minced meat through piping. - Improved yield and stable quality → Provides a stable supply of minced meat free of air bubbles to the molding machine, preventing weight variations and the occurrence of cracks and cavities during molding. - Labor-saving and space-saving Automates the labor-intensive manual feeding process.
