[Case Study] Power Monitoring System for Understanding Manufacturing Costs in Factories

Achieved the foundation for calculating manufacturing costs! Introducing a case study that successfully visualized wasted electricity and understood machine operating conditions.

We would like to introduce a case study of our power monitoring system implementation. There was a challenge in that the power consumption of substations and various equipment could not be monitored in real-time, leading to difficulties in confirming which equipment was operational and obtaining data for cost calculation, requiring on-site verification. After implementation, we installed the "WMS-PE6" at the substation to measure the power of each circuit, wired the RS485 communication line to the monitoring room, and built a system to connect and aggregate it to the "WGWB on-premises model," achieving visualization of machine operating status and labor savings.
