Removal of bubbles from adhesives, resins, and pastes. Shortening the degassing time with the use of heating.
A tabletop small vacuum degassing device that reduces pressure in the chamber to remove bubbles from materials. By combining hot plate heating (up to 80°C), it can lower the viscosity of the material and promote degassing. The transparent acrylic cylindrical chamber allows for 360° observation of the bubble removal process. It supports options such as Teflon containers for degassing, SUS containers, and stirring manipulators. Inquiries for degassing sample tests and demo machines are also welcome.
