To further enhance quality management, we began exploring tool management utilizing RFID technology. <Effects After Implementation> - Improvement in quality management through the RFID system for tool check-out and return operations The calibration deadline can now be verified through a combination of physical labels and PC screen alerts, allowing for higher-level quality management without increasing the workload. - Visualization of operations We can now track who used what and when, enabling quick responses to any instances of forgotten returns by promptly checking with the user. Since usage records can be output in CSV format, we can analyze usage frequency and optimize inventory, leading to more effective asset utilization.

RFID Tool Checkout Management System - System Features This is a system that manages the checkout and return of tools using RFID technology. By simply touching tools or measuring instruments with an IC tag, the checkout and return registration can be easily performed. Additionally, by registering the calibration expiration date of measuring instruments, it is possible to prevent the use of instruments that have not been calibrated after their expiration date by warning the user on the screen if they attempt to check them out.
