MLSL123S50 is a smart 2D/3D profile sensor developed specifically for angle measurement for press brakes.
Using laser triangulation, high-precision profiles of metal workpieces are obtained, and the built-in uniVision software automatically detects the position and shape of the workpiece while measuring the bending angle with high accuracy. Since the sensor comes pre-configured with angle measurement applications, it does not require complex settings for the sensor and evaluation software, allowing for the direct transmission of measured angle data to the press brake control system. Additionally, to ensure stable measurement results for metal workpieces with varying materials and surface conditions, high-quality profile data and dedicated algorithms are employed.
