MLSL124 is a high-precision 2D/3D profile sensor that employs laser triangulation technology. It projects a laser line onto the target object and accurately measures the height, shape, and position of the object based on the principles of triangulation, allowing for the acquisition of 2D height profiles and 3D point clouds. It supports high-speed data acquisition of up to 3.6 million measurement points per second, making it suitable for high-speed and continuous inline measurement, such as shape inspection and position/height verification of workpieces moving along a conveyor line. Additionally, its compact and lightweight design allows for integration into robotic applications. Furthermore, by utilizing a DLL program library and the GigE Vision standard interface, it can be flexibly integrated into existing PCs and image processing systems without the need for additional control units. It is also compatible with wenglor's proprietary software package, enabling the construction of evaluation and inspection systems for profile data tailored to specific applications.
