To a company that can properly evaluate "people who achieve results" rather than "people who work overtime."

Amid rising prices and labor costs, securing the funds for employee salaries became a management challenge. On the other hand, under traditional management, while overtime could be tracked for hours worked beyond the planned schedule, there were no metrics to accurately assess the productivity of employees who finished their work earlier than planned. Additionally, there was a demand for reducing overtime hours as part of the response to work style reforms. In response, we implemented the project management system "PM-BOX." By recording the planned and actual hours for each task, as well as the reasons for delays, we were able to visualize the actual state of operations and the points that needed improvement. As a result, we made progress in business improvements tailored to the causes, achieving reductions in overtime hours and overtime pay, as well as an increase in revenue. This case study will introduce the specific initiatives we undertook.
