Don't just "calculate" productivity; aim for management that reveals the reasons behind the numbers.

Amid the demand for increased productivity, accurately grasping actual working hours has been a challenge in leveraging value-added labor productivity in management. Therefore, by utilizing "PM-BOX," we aggregated the actual hours worked by each responsible person. This allowed us to understand productivity not only at the company level but also at the project and individual levels, enabling us to analyze "which customers, projects, or employees have high productivity" and use this information for management decisions. Furthermore, "PM-BOX" allows us to record not only numerical data but also the reasons for task delays and the reasons for progressing ahead of schedule. By analyzing the results of productivity along with their contributing factors, we can identify issues and reduce working hours, thereby achieving improvements in value-added labor productivity. This case study will introduce the specific initiatives taken.
