Oil content below 3%! Machining chips of 6-4 titanium alloy processed with our in-house developed system.
We will contribute to the effective use of limited metal resources and the reduction of waste!
We process the cutting chips generated during the machining of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy using our in-house developed processing system and sell them as recycled products. Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy is a titanium-based alloy that contains approximately 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, known for its excellent strength and corrosion resistance. By processing the cutting chips into a size of about 15mm, we reduce their volume and finish them in a shape that is easy to handle, transport, and store. Additionally, the oil content in the product is kept below 3%. 【Features】 ■ Recycling of cutting chips from Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy ■ Processed using our in-house developed processing system ■ Convenient size of approximately 15mm ■ Oil content below 3% ■ Contributing to the effective use of metal resources and waste reduction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our daily lives enjoy the benefits of civilization. Furthermore, modern society faces various issues that must be addressed in order to make those benefits even greater and richer. Our company sincerely acknowledges this and strives daily to tackle these issues through our business, aiming to be a company that can contribute to society, even in small ways. The global environment, nature conservation, and resource recycling, which were once placed behind the scenes of the industrial world a quarter of a century ago, have rapidly come to the forefront of society and industry in recent years, making it impossible to avoid them in any endeavor. All industrial products generate waste during their production processes, and everything that is used and discarded becomes scrap. If these materials are not handled with information and technology appropriate to the times, they will cause significant social and economic drawbacks. For about 44 years, our company has been engaged in the sale of non-ferrous metal ingots and the collection and recycling of various rare metals. Even now, both domestically and internationally, we are constantly devising and promoting new recycling systems with the primary business goal of effectively utilizing resources that change with the times.
