We are engaged in the production of prototype parts and prototype molds. We provide a comprehensive production process from mold design to prototype molds and ZAS casting (machining, pressing, laser processing), including assembly of prototype parts for automobiles, brackets, doors, floors, etc. (For example) we can manufacture drawn shape parts from general steel plates: 0.4t to 3.6t, high-strength steel plates (grade 590): 0.5t to 2.6t, and aluminum: 0.8t to 2.5t. Additionally, we are open to discussions regarding other materials and plate thicknesses. We also manufacture various prototype parts for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, home appliances, etc. We can accommodate both three-dimensional and two-dimensional shapes.
