[Free Imaging Test] Imaging and inspecting the outer circumference and inner surface of cylindrical products!
"ROLIS" is a device that captures images by transferring a cylindrical surface onto a two-dimensional imaging sensor (CCD camera). The imaging mechanism is similar to rolling a cylinder on paper to transfer the surface pattern. It has many advantages compared to scanning imaging with a typical line sensor camera. The slit across the entire CCD is adjustable, allowing for real-time two-dimensional image focusing, angle adjustment, and light source adjustment by opening the slit. [Features] ■ Automatic highlight capture ■ Easy adjustments ■ Software utilizing our original language ■ Excellent image processing ■ Wide variety of options *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

The most notable feature of the RecoFrame, the T-Lock connection, offers a beautiful appearance and enables speedy and easy assembly. Structural materials related to FA (Factory Automation) are gradually shifting from steel frames to aluminum frames due to their appealing characteristics such as no need for welding, no need for painting, and adaptability to changes. Our main machinery division has also shifted the enclosures from steel to aluminum. However, conventional connection methods using standard brackets have shortcomings in terms of precision, strength, and design flexibility, often spoiling the advantages of aluminum frames. RecoFrame is a structural aluminum frame system developed through such experiences.
