For leak prevention of joints and screws! Eight Seal® pre-coated screw fittings.

From the era of "wrapping" seal tape to the era of "sealed" products! Achieving reduced total costs and uniform quality!

Our company, Taihei Kasei, was established in 1976 with the aim of realizing the Eight Seal® pre-coated screw fittings. Even today, it is common for workers to wrap seal tape around the threaded parts of joints and screws for connection, but the task of wrapping hundreds or thousands of these can be quite time-consuming and labor-intensive. Additionally, there are disadvantages such as variations in quality depending on the skill level of the workers. Our founder noticed that if there were a product that had a sealing agent applied from the start instead of tape, many of these issues could be resolved, and aimed for product development. Even now, it remains one of our flagship products. 【Product Features】 ■ Eliminates the need for tasks such as wrapping tape or applying liquid sealant yourself. ■ Quality is stable, allowing for uniform sealing performance. ■ Prevents the contamination of small pieces like seal tape. ■ Can be reused on male threads (approximately 3 to 5 times). ■ Can be stored long-term, allowing for inventory. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
