We would like to introduce our "Small Thin Film Distillation Device." In recent years, there has been a growing demand for advanced purification, low impurity levels, and low metal content, primarily for semiconductor materials, with capabilities for small-scale purification of several kilograms per batch, and up to several tens of kilograms. We have consolidated our accumulated technology to achieve high vacuum distillation, making it possible to purify highly reactive materials and high boiling point materials. 【Achievements】 ■ Capable of small-scale purification from several kilograms to several tens of kilograms ■ High vacuum distillation is possible ■ Low metal content is achievable ■ Improved handling is possible *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
