Detect corrosion without removing insulation materials or sheet metal. PEC solution to accelerate CUI inspection.
Eddyfi Technologies' Lyft-compatible PEC (Pulsed Eddy Current) probe series is a non-destructive inspection solution that allows for the evaluation of corrosion and wall thinning in pipes, tanks, and pressure vessels without the need to remove insulation, coatings, or sheet metal. The lineup includes the PECA (Pulsed Eddy Current Array) probe for high-speed and high-resolution inspections, single-element PEC probes for narrow spaces and thick materials, models for underwater and marine structures, a model suitable for underwater use up to 100 meters, a model specifically for galvanized steel sheet metal, and a model for tank bottom inspections. Additionally, accessories such as encoders and grid mats support high-precision and efficient CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) inspections.
