To minimize the loss of coaxial cable characteristics at the connector part, the product is particularly designed with transmission characteristics in mind. By surrounding the board-side connector with a metal shell, it enhances noise protection, product strength, and grounding. This series achieves a 0.4mm pitch and keeps the mounting height to 1.0mm. Compared to KEL's already available 0.5mm pitch ultra-thin coaxial cable connector "SSL series," it has successfully reduced the volume by approximately 50% during connector mating, contributing to the miniaturization of devices. The board-side connector is of the right-angle type, while the cable-side connector is of the straight type, with pin counts available in 20, 30, and 40 pins.
