[Internal Combustion Engine Repair Case] Solving issues of repair loss and physical burden!

With a 1.6 times increase in work speed, we are taking on new challenges! Here, we introduce examples of how we have enhanced our order-taking capabilities by acquiring "weapons."

We would like to introduce a case where we implemented the "T-LASER," a laser welding machine for mold repair, for a customer involved in the repair of internal combustion engines and calibration of measuring equipment. The customer was facing frequent breakdowns and high repair costs after introducing equipment from other manufacturers. They needed to tilt the irradiation port to match a special work shape, which required them to work in a position with their neck tilted for long periods, resulting in significant physical strain that needed improvement. With the optional swivel lens, the range of irradiation angles was expanded, making 8 hours of continuous work easier.
