The DM20-03P is a compact tabletop dumpling forming machine that automates the dumpling shaping process. It supports the classic five-fold flower-shaped dumplings, achieving a plump and uniform appearance. It can shape dumplings suitable for various cooking methods such as frying, steaming, and boiling. The production speed is 20 to 25 pieces per minute, and the filling amount can be adjusted within the range of 4 to 20 grams. Equipped with a standard photoelectric sensor, it effectively prevents empty wrappers without filling. Additionally, it employs a PPU robotic arm that integrates the actions of wrapping, gripping, and cutting, which trims excess dough from the edges of the dumplings. It can be activated with a single touch and is designed to be user-friendly, even for those with little experience. Its modular structure allows for easy disassembly and cleaning without the need for tools, taking into consideration daily cleaning and maintenance.
