[Construction Material Case] Solving finishing man-hours and complex shapes after argon welding!
Successfully reduced labor hours by 50% compared to previous levels! Introducing a case that achieved enhanced internal response capabilities and improved product quality.
We would like to introduce a case study of a customer engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of building materials for newly constructed wooden houses, who has implemented the laser welding machine "T-LASER" for mold repair. They are repairing the PL surface of a BeCu material mold weighing approximately 7 tons. Previously, they were using argon welding for repairs, but due to excessive welding, it took a long time for the finishing process in the next step. A laser welding machine was needed to locally repair the complex shapes of the molds. Until now, welding and finishing tasks were carried out by a total of four people, but after the introduction of the T-LASER, it has been reduced to one person for welding and one person for finishing, achieving a 50% reduction in labor hours. Repairing small missing parts that could not be addressed with argon welding has become much easier. 【How T-LASER has helped】 ■ Successfully reduced labor hours by 50% compared to conventional methods ■ Strengthened in-house response capabilities and improved product quality ■ Overcame challenging repair conditions *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
At our origin, there is a single thought: "We want to be a presence that illuminates the future of our customers and society with laser technology." Japan's manufacturing sites have always supported the world with high technology and passion. However, there are unspoken "real concerns" that exist in those environments. We did not want to miss hearing those voices. That is why we embedded the wish "Telus = Please ask us" in our company name. Terrace Laser wants to stand beside our customers, look in the same direction, and overcome challenges together. We are committed to a user perspective, continuously creating innovative technologies, products, and services with passion. That is our spirit.
