The transport vibration data logger is equipped with an ultra-compact 3-axis accelerometer developed using micromachine technology.
By doing so, we have achieved ultimate miniaturization and cost reduction. The MC7NM-R16S, L16S, and P16S allow for the selection of static acceleration sensor ranges of up to 10G and 16G, achieving a minimum sampling period of 1 msec. The main unit is also equipped with a temperature and humidity sensor, recording changes in 3-axis acceleration, temperature, and humidity over time. Furthermore, the main unit features an LCD panel that allows for the confirmation of recorded data, setting conditions, and more. The recorded data can be easily imported to a computer via the USB interface of the main unit using an application, allowing for immediate graph display and printing. The recorded data can be saved in GTR (proprietary extension) format or CSV format, enabling data analysis tailored to measurement purposes using spreadsheet software. This is ideal for quality assurance checks of transported goods, as it captures and records the date, time, and acceleration values at the moment of damage or destruction due to vibrations or drops during transport, which have traditionally been difficult to identify.

■MC7NM-L16S with Bluetooth The MC7NM-L16S (with Bluetooth) allows you to set measurement conditions via an application, and control the start and stop of recording from your smartphone, as well as retrieve data, display graphs, forward emails, and check various settings on the smartphone screen. ■MC7NM-P16S with GPS Module The MC7NM-P16S (with GPS module) can record the transport route by connecting the included GPS antenna (varies depending on the positioning conditions of the GPS module), and the position information of the transport route is displayed on a map (within Japan only) along with acceleration data. The MC7NM-P16S records data on acceleration, temperature and humidity, latitude, longitude, and altitude, allowing you to understand how the cargo is being handled during transport.
