Smart Servo Driver | One device for workability, expandability, and quality control!
KL-TCG, SKT-CG, others
Freely set torque, rotation speed, and direction for each point. A tool that responds to on-site "troubles."
A driver has been born from Kirius, shaped by the voices from the field. This is a servo driver that balances improved precision in screw tightening work with data management. In addition to precise management of tightening torque, it allows for the setting of tightening torque, rotation speed, and rotation direction for each point. By setting thresholds for rotation speed and torque, it can detect screw tightening failures. With the incorporation of a transducer, it supports the visualization of actual torque. Changes in torque and rotation speed can be easily switched using the management-specific software "N-DAS" included with the controller. By using Ethernet connection and an SD card, data logs can be output in Excel or CSV format, supporting multi-product production and quality control. It can also be mounted on automatic machines. This is a versatile tool that can be used in a wide range of scenarios. 【Features】 ● Tightening torque ● Tightening time ● Pass/fail judgment results ● Number of tightening rotations ● Count number / set count number ● Total count number, among others For more details, please download the materials or contact us.
