New Features in Version 13 ------------------------------------------- ■Clone Validation Quickly group reads by clone, compare them with references, and verify if the sequences match the expected clones. A report will be generated that includes direct links to all mismatched positions on the alignment. ■Mutation Detection in NGS Data A new feature has been added to generate mutation reports for text sequence files.
