It allows users to register stages such as field surveys, analysis, design calculations, drawing creation, report preparation, and verification for each task, displaying progress with colors. Multiple engineers can be assigned to a single task at each stage. The workload for each engineer is automatically calculated as a daily total based on the estimated work hours entered for each stage. This enables the identification of periods of concentrated workload in advance, serving as a basis for deciding whether to outsource or accept additional orders. Company holidays can also be set separately from weekends and public holidays. Work hours are automatically recorded with a start button and aggregated by task, client, and stage.
