The "Team Report Task (tr-task)" is a cloud-based schedule management software designed for equipment construction companies that handle multiple sites simultaneously, such as electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing contractors. It allows users to register processes such as site surveys, estimates, material arrangements, construction, trial runs, and handovers for each site, displaying progress with color coding. Multiple people can be assigned to a single site for each process. Changes to processes and schedules can be completed with simple drag-and-drop and mouse operations. The schedules for each person are listed, and the daily workload is displayed as total hours based on estimated work time. It allows you to see in advance who is handling which sites and whether additional support can be dispatched. You can also set your company's holidays separately from weekends and public holidays. Daily reports automatically record work hours with a start button. They can be aggregated by site and contractor, allowing you to later verify the profitability of each site and the differences from estimates made earlier.
