The "Team Report Task (tr-task)" is a cloud-based schedule management software designed for contract testing, analysis, and inspection sites where requests tend to overlap. It allows users to register processes such as reception, preprocessing, measurement, data analysis, report creation, and reporting for each request, displaying progress with colors. When a single request is shared among multiple personnel, tasks can be assigned by process. The workload for each person is displayed as a daily total time based on estimated working hours, allowing for prior confirmation that measurements and report creation are not concentrated on specific individuals. In addition to weekends and holidays, company-specific holidays can also be set, resulting in a schedule that closely reflects reality. Working hours are automatically recorded using start and end buttons, and aggregated by request, customer, and test item. The actual man-hours accumulated per test can serve as a basis for pricing and investment decisions.
