We propose flow control and measurement suitable for each stage of the hydrogen supply chain.
Producing, storing, transporting, researching, demonstrating, and using hydrogen." In hydrogen-related equipment, as we scale up from research and demonstration to actual installations, the required flow range, pressure, temperature, gas conditions, and installation environment also change. Brooks Instrument offers a wide range of products, from high-precision mass flow controllers to metal tube area flow meters that can handle high pressure, high temperature, and large flow rates. We support flow control and measurement tailored to each stage of hydrogen production, storage and transportation, research and demonstration, and hydrogen utilization. ■ Corresponding to each stage of the hydrogen supply chain Hydrogen production: Gas supply and control for processes such as water electrolysis and reforming Storage and transportation: Flow management for compressed hydrogen and liquefied hydrogen Research and demonstration equipment: Scale-up verification, mass balance, evaluation tests Hydrogen utilization: Process control for combustion, heat treatment, and chemical processes ■ If you're unsure about selecting flow meters or MFCs for hydrogen applications We have compiled recommended products and selection points by stage of the hydrogen supply chain. Please utilize this for equipment selection and specification considerations, from research and demonstration equipment to actual plants. Check the materials from the "catalog.
