NS30AB NS30A MNS30AB MNS30A series
Nihon Kiko's complete electromagnetic circuit breaker New-FM wiring circuit breaker
In the midst of the fervent atmosphere, unwavering calmness. A completely electromagnetic breaker that is not swayed by the surrounding temperature!
NS30A / NS30AB (General Wiring Protection) This is a 30AF circuit breaker designed to reliably protect electric heating, lighting, and various control power circuits within industrial machinery and control panels. Thanks to its fully electromagnetic design, it does not malfunction even when the internal temperature rises due to high-density mounting. In addition to the standard surface wiring model "NS30A (NS32A/NS33A)," we offer the "NS30AB (NS32AB/NS33AB)" which allows for stud wiring from the back of the panel. This enables optimal layout design tailored to the panel structure, achieving a smart panel configuration that minimizes wiring exposure on the surface and saves space. 3. MNS30A / MNS30AB (Motor Protection Compatible) This is a motor protection compatible model designed to handle the transient high inrush currents that occur during the startup of three-phase and single-phase induction motors (such as pumps, fans, compressors, etc.). It features a motor-specific delay characteristic using an oil dashpot, ensuring that unnecessary trips during startup are reliably prevented, while also providing rapid disconnection in milliseconds during abnormal conditions such as binding or short circuits. We offer both the standard wiring model "MNS30A" and the back wiring model "MNS30AB," achieving toughness for immediate re-engagement even in environments with heavy startup loads, along with flexible internal panel mounting capabilities.

Applications/Examples of results
◎Applications suitable for NS30A / NS30AB - Control power branching for industrial machinery and FA panels Protection of circuits with relatively small inrush currents, such as switching power supplies, transformer primary sides, and heater circuits. - Distribution boards with specified rear wiring (※NS30AB) For sealed control panels where a tidy surface is desired, or for internal circuits using rear wiring duct methods. ◎Applications suitable for MNS30A / MNS30AB - Immediate protection for small motors For fans, blowers, cooling water pumps, conveyor drive motors, etc. Equipped with oil dashpot delay (motor characteristics) that allows several times the rated inrush current at startup, preventing false trips during startup. - Motor control centers (MCC) with limited panel space Equipment that wants to incorporate branch protection for each motor in a space-saving manner. Selection points - If the load is a motor ➔ MNS (large inrush current delay) - If the load is general power or heater ➔ NS (general wiring protection) - If the panel wiring method is surface ➔ no suffix (A) - If rear connection or special panel structure ➔ suffix "B" (AB)
