Bulk Reading 2D Code ArU-code Alu Code | Inventory and Inspection
ArU-code | ArU-cana | CARGO-LOCATE | HITO-LOCATE | WAM System Design
Approach without touching, 100 items in 0.01 seconds. A 2D code that makes inventory and inspection easier.
"ArU-code" (Developed by WAM System Design Co., Ltd.) is a two-dimensional code that can read multiple codes simultaneously, from a distance, and at high speed using a smartphone camera. It reduces the time for inventory, inspection, and location management. 【Challenges it can solve】 ■ Want to reduce the introduction and operational costs of RFID and dedicated reading devices ■ Want to stop scanning items one by one and perform inventory and inspection collectively ■ Want to easily manage items in high, dark, or distant places ■ Want to implement without worrying about radio interference or radio regulations ■ Want to start on-site digital transformation (DX) with low risk before building a large-scale system 【Main features】 ■ Batch reading: Recognizes 100 codes in about 0.01 seconds (varies depending on measurement conditions) ■ Strong against movement: Can recognize codes and devices even when they are moving. Supports reading while walking ■ Long distance, angled, and in dark places: Can read from about 3 meters for business card size and about 12 meters for A4 size ■ Low-cost implementation: Can be printed with commercially available monochrome printers, no dedicated reader required 【Support from Mikasa Shoji】 As a trading company that also handles WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and related hardware, we offer a unified point of contact for proposals from the reading mechanism to the upper systems.

Applications/Examples of results
**Main Uses and Examples of Application** You can widely utilize it in various fields such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and offices where you want to track and manage the movement of people and goods. ■ Location management of materials and carts (CARGO-LOCATE) Attach codes to carts, pallets, and returnable boxes. By simply holding a device up, you can detect them all at once, streamlining location tracking and history management. ■ Management of worker locations and movement paths (HITO-LOCATE) Attach codes to the back of helmets or work uniforms. Even in large areas, you can non-contactly grasp the position and operational status of workers. ■ Searching for and picking specific products (ArU-cana) Notify you of the items you want to find on the screen using color, sound, and vibration. This eliminates the hassle of checking each item one by one. **Examples of Implementation Scenarios** ■ Logistics warehouse / Inventory search: Quickly identify one target among many materials ■ Manufacturing factory / Effortless data collection of line work performance ■ Municipal events / Admission management ■ 3PL logistics warehouse / Collection of in-warehouse work performance and efficiency of inventory checks **Benefits of Consulting with Mikasa Trading** We provide a one-stop solution for WMS and surrounding hardware. We assist not only in the introduction of automatic recognition but also in improving the efficiency of the entire site.
