NS100A MNS100A series
Nihon Kiko Manufacturing's complete electromagnetic circuit breaker New-FM wiring circuit breaker NS100A MNS100A series
No malfunction even at high temperatures inside the panel. Fully electromagnetic 100AF wiring circuit breaker 'New-FM Series NS100A / MNS100A'.
The "New-FM Series NS100A / MNS100A" from Nichiko Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a 100AF circuit breaker that adopts a fully electromagnetic design with an oil dashpot mechanism. It provides high-precision overcurrent protection that is unaffected by ambient temperature and enables immediate re-engagement right after tripping. It is available in two types: the "NS100A" for wiring protection of main and branch circuits, and the "MNS100A" for motor protection.

basic information
High-reliability trip characteristics unaffected by ambient temperature Unlike bimetallic (thermal) types, the trip is controlled by an oil dashpot damper within a sealed cylinder and magnetic force. The operating delay characteristics remain stable even with temperature rises due to large currents or in low-temperature environments. Minimizing downtime with immediate re-engagement after a trip There is no need to wait for the bimetal to cool down, allowing for immediate re-engagement right after eliminating the causes of overcurrent or short circuits. This minimizes the downtime of production lines and critical equipment. Reliable protection for 100A class power and trunk circuits In systems with a rated current of 100A, such as factory trunk lines, power panels, and machine tools, it ensures proper protection of wires and equipment. Wiring protection (NS102A / NS103A): Overload and short-circuit interruption for trunk and branch circuits (2P / 3P) Motor protection (MNS103A): Does not trip during excessive inrush current at motor startup, while reliably detecting binding and overload operation (3P).

Applications/Examples of results
Control panels and power panels that are prone to heat accumulation due to the aggregation of equipment (preventing erroneous trips caused by the thermal effects of bimetals) Automated equipment and FA plants where recovery speed is directly linked to line operating rates Factories or outdoor cubicles with significant temperature changes throughout the four seasons Motor circuits for distribution boards, power control panels, industrial machinery, machine tools, pumps, fans, and compressors
