This product is an all-weather road repair material that is installed by placing the entire bag into a pothole. No special tools are required. Simply place the bag with the label side up into the pothole and water it to complete the installation. The water-soluble film used for the bag dissolves when exposed to water, rain, or snow. As the bag dissolves, the adhesive mixture inside is exposed, allowing the repair material to adhere to the underlying road surface and bond with other repair materials. The adhesive mixture gradually hardens in response to moisture and humidity. The design allows for a delay before hardening, so when vehicles pass over it after installation, the repair material conforms to the shape of the pothole and fills in any gaps. *Usage Precautions This product uses a water-soluble film. The film dissolves upon contact with water, and the contents will also harden.
