Our zinc die-casting production has the following strengths: Shape formation without machining: We can form external screw shapes that clear JIS standard screw grade 2 and knurled shapes with flat and diamond patterns, achieving a finish comparable to that of cutting processes. High precision shaft hole diameter: We achieve high precision inner diameter dimensions with tolerances of ±0.010 to ±0.015 mm, exceeding the typical inner diameter tolerance (approximately ±0.025). We also have a track record of handling plated products. Support for design products: By being involved in everything from mold design to casting and buff polishing, we can prevent potential issues that may arise in subsequent processes like surface treatment, providing a high level of final finish products. One-stop integrated production: We consistently handle everything from parts procurement and manufacturing to casting, machining, surface treatment, and the complex assembly of over 100 components, as well as packaging according to specified requirements, shipping them as finished products.
