(Thermal oil leak) TT5000 sensor cable
Fuel oil leaks such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel - Trace Tech
Over 30,000 delivery achievements worldwide! Precisely detect leakage points and prevent leakage accidents before they occur!
The TT5000 is a dedicated sensor cable developed to detect fuel oil leaks, such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. Unlike general leak detection systems that target water or conductive liquids, the TT5000 is specifically designed for fuel oil detection, which is its greatest feature. It does not react to water leaks, ensuring reliable monitoring while minimizing unnecessary alarms by detecting only fuel oil leaks. The entire length of the TT5000 cable functions as a sensor, allowing for extensive oil leak monitoring. By laying it along pipelines, fuel tanks, oil containment areas, trenches, double floors, and double piping, the leak detection system can identify the leak location when a leak occurs in conjunction with a detector. Additionally, it features a modular connector structure that allows for easy extension to the required length, enabling flexible design tailored to the monitoring area. Furthermore, it employs Raichem's unique radiation cross-linking technology and conductive polymer technology to enhance mechanical strength and durability. With a fluoropolymer blade, it maintains stable monitoring performance even in harsh environments. This high-reliability oil leak detection solution contributes to reducing environmental pollution risks and protecting equipment in fuel storage facilities, refueling equipment, and power generation facilities.

Our company is an engineering firm specializing in electric heaters. We started by handling Raychem self-regulating heaters for preventing water pipe freezing. Since then, we have accumulated technology and have undertaken numerous projects from design to construction for fields requiring strict temperature control, such as petrochemicals, food factories, and the power generation industry, including process insulation for piping and tanks. In addition to self-regulating electric heaters with a maximum holding temperature of 150°C, we also handle higher temperature power-limited heaters, MI heaters, and sheath heaters. Currently, the mainstream for process insulation in manufacturing sites is steam or hot water, which consumes large amounts of fossil fuels. However, due to environmental issues and unstable energy costs, there is an increasing number of manufacturing professionals focusing on electric heating.
