To those in charge of development and design who are unable to find thin, high static pressure blower fans (sirocco fans) and want to reduce the cost of cooling parts: Kuruu Corporation's 'BF Series' is a DC blower fan motor that achieves overwhelming low prices while maintaining high quality that meets automotive standards. Thanks to its sirocco fan structure, which powerfully expels air drawn in from the front at a 90-degree angle, it ensures reliable high static pressure even in narrow gaps, local cooling of circuits, and in housings with high resistance. With a rich lineup ranging from ultra-small, thin models measuring 18mm square and 3.5mm thick to large airflow models of 80mm square, we support everything from prototyping and 3D printer mock-ups to mass production. Our quality control, recognized by automobile manufacturers, is completed in-house, and products are shipped after passing rigorous evaluations such as accelerated life tests and ALT. In case of defects, we respond quickly with an internationally standard '8D report' in English. Custom options are also available, including PWM control, rotation detection (FG signal), lock sensors, harness length adjustments, and various connector crimping.
