Up to 400W, 200mJ. A multi-mode solid-state laser that can select from three wavelengths: green/UV. For PIV and annealing.
Photonics Industries' DM series is a diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) multimode nanosecond pulse laser using Nd:YAG/Nd:YLF crystals. From its compact and robust housing, it can deliver up to approximately 200mJ per pulse, with a maximum average output of about 400W. The dual-head configuration, which integrates two independent oscillators, enhances energy and output to about twice that of a single head. The lineup includes two green wavelengths at 532nm (Nd:YAG) and 527nm (Nd:YLF), as well as 351nm UV. The repetition frequency ranges from single shot to a maximum of 50kHz, with the green model achieving stable pulse output of <0.5% RMS. It features a PEC function for dynamic pulse energy adjustment and automatic attenuation, and the patented twin pulse mode is also available as an option. It is widely used in applications ranging from PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) and LIBS to the excitation of ultrafast pulse amplifiers, semiconductor laser annealing, OLED laser lift-off (LLO), and processing such as cutting, drilling, and welding, making it suitable for both research and development and mass production lines.
