A high-torque tool series for aircraft engine assembly and maintenance. The main torque multiplier supports a maximum output of 40,675 N·m (30,000 ft-lb) and achieves a torque ratio of 8:1 to 42:1. The higher model SWE8111 can provide an ultra-high torque output of 112,985 N·m (83,333 ft-lb), while the SWE8112B can deliver 67,791 N·m (50,000 ft-lb). The digital torque multiplier features a maximum of 6,780 N·m, an accuracy of ±0.4%, a 7-inch high-resolution touch display, angle measurement, and Wi-Fi/USB data storage capabilities. The digital tuning tool for turbine engines supports torque settings from 40.7 to 203 N·m, rotation speeds of 20 to 360°/min, a 200W motor, and bidirectional rotation control. Compliant with aerospace quality standards, it can be widely used from MRO for commercial and military aircraft to manufacturing processes.
