This system combines touchscreen signage and digital signage to provide not only tourism information, but also interactive visitor guidance linked with web content and a tourism information database. Users can freely search for sightseeing spots, nearby facilities, event information, and other content using the touchscreen interface. The system also supports multilingual information, helping improve guidance for international visitors to Japan while streamlining tourism information services. Tourism and event information can be updated via the web, making it possible to provide timely seasonal recommendations and local event updates. The system also helps reduce the workload of tourism information center staff and supports the advancement of tourism DX through digital technologies.
