Coating can be applied by electrophoretic deposition to bicycle parts that are prone to oxidation!
In the bicycle industry, durability under harsh usage conditions is required. Especially for bicycle components exposed to rain, wind, and impact, it is important to prevent rust and corrosion while maintaining performance over a long period. Traditional painting methods could lead to discoloration and adhesion issues depending on the material. This product enables electrodeposition coating on metals that are prone to oxidation, contributing to the durability of bicycle components. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Bicycle frames - Handlebars - Rims - Other metal parts 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Excellent corrosion resistance to suppress rust and corrosion - Curing possible at low temperatures and in a short time - Good finish without discoloration even on brass materials
