Piston pump type large capacity (45L) tank melter
This is a tank melter that melts hot melt adhesive inside the tank and discharges it. It was realized in response to a request for a large-capacity piston pump type. By installing two piston pumps, the discharge capacity is improved, with each piston pump capable of 100 kg/h (varies depending on the adhesive). It is possible to use the flow paths of the two piston pumps separately, or to combine them for a discharge capacity of 200 kg/h. Additionally, up to 8 hoses can be installed (6 hoses if used at 200V, and 8 hoses if used at 400V).
