This document summarizes Accenture's achievements in leveraging AI to drive business transformation for manufacturing clients. It introduces an initiative that completed the entire process from business investigation to policy application and effect creation in just three months. The project consists of four phases. First, in the business investigation and policy design phase, AI-driven business process analysis was utilized with inputs from email creation software logs, existing materials, and recorded work, resulting in the automatic generation of a business volume dashboard and standard operating procedures. Next, during the pilot verification phase, AI agents were applied to inquiry and incident response tasks, demonstrating a maximum labor reduction of 88.7%. By KPI, reductions achieved were 80% for email verification, 92.9% for incident response, 93.5% for inquiry response, and 100% for ledger management. In the policy application phase, over 1,000 hours of labor related to operations and maintenance were reduced by 60%, achieving an overall labor reduction of 85%. Weekly monitoring continues to confirm the effectiveness of these measures. Moving forward, the plan is to gradually expand from the IT department's pilot to administrative and technical areas, aiming for a double-digit percentage reduction in technical and administrative personnel.
