PTFE Bush / T
This product is a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) bush that possesses excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and low friction properties. It is used by inserting it into the through holes of bolts or shafts for applications such as bearing and positioning of shafts. By using it in fitting and sliding parts, it adjusts the contact between the shaft and the counterpart, supporting rotation and sliding while helping to reduce wear caused by direct contact with the counterpart. In addition to the excellent chemical resistance, non-stick properties, and low friction characteristics unique to PTFE, it also has heat and cold resistance that allows it to be used over a wide temperature range. This PTFE bush is suitable for the assembly of mechanisms requiring chemical resistance, low friction properties, and electrical insulation, including bearing parts of chemical equipment and devices handling chemicals and solvents, sliding and fitting parts of various industrial machines, and insulating components of electrical and electronic devices.
