Juralon Thick Flange Bush / D-L
This product is a bush made of polyacetal (POM: Duracon) that possesses excellent mechanical strength, low friction properties, and wear resistance. It is used by inserting it into bolt or shaft through holes for applications such as bearing and positioning of shafts. By using it in fitting and sliding parts, it adjusts the contact between the shaft and the counterpart material, supports rotation and sliding, and helps suppress wear caused by direct contact with the counterpart material. In addition to the unique low friction properties and excellent wear resistance of Duracon, it also has good dimensional stability, water resistance, and electrical insulation properties. This Duracon (POM) bush is suitable for the assembly of mechanisms where low friction properties, wear resistance, dimensional stability, and electrical insulation are required, including bearing parts of various general industrial machinery, mechanisms subjected to sliding loads, and positioning components in electrical and electronic devices.
