PTFE flat washer / TT
This product is a flat washer made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene resin) that has excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and electrical insulation properties. It is used by inserting it between the fastening materials when tightening bolts or screws. By distributing the load during tightening over a wide area, it reduces the stress on the tightening surface, helps prevent dents and scratches on the counterpart material, and protects the seating surface. Additionally, using a flat washer stabilizes the fastening surface and supports the tightening condition of the bolts or screws. In addition to the excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation unique to PTFE, it has a low coefficient of friction and is also highly weather-resistant. This flat washer is suitable for fastening applications in chemical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, electronic devices, and various other devices and equipment in corrosive environments or where low friction properties are advantageous.
