Shock-absorbing nylon flat washer / NQW
This product is a flat washer made from a nylon material with excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance, enhanced with improvements for impact resistance and vibration damping, resulting in an impact-absorbing nylon material. It is used by inserting it between the bolt or screw and the counterpart material during tightening. Additionally, by using a material with impact-absorbing and vibration-damping properties, it supports the mitigation of shocks and vibrations applied to the fastening part. In addition to the electrical insulation and lightweight properties derived from nylon, it possesses excellent impact resistance and vibration damping, making it suitable for areas around moving parts where vibrations and shocks occur, as well as fastening parts of equipment and enclosures.
